You can choose between a tasting in the wine cellar (classic or superior) or a tasting with a private lunch in the Russo family villa. We also welcome you to experience our cooking class.

Lunch includes: an appetizer with local specialties such as salami, cheeses including provolone and salted ricotta, roasted eggplant, and bruschetta with Piennolo tomatoes; a first course pasta dish using durum wheat spaghetti from Torre Annunziata with Piennolo cherry tomatoes and basil; and for dessert a Neapolitan pastiera made with ricotta, grano cotto (cooked wheat) and candied fruit.
